We are looking for a Communications & PR Lead to execute inveox' public relations strategy by driving effective internal and external public relations, through media and direct relationship building. This position will be a crucial member of inveox' Marketing&Communications team, reporting directly to the Head of Marketing and working closely with other members of the executive team.
A successful candidate will be an organized and experienced professional, with strong communication and people skills and a passion to effectively promote inveox' brand messages and values. Responsibilities
- Work closely with diverse media outlets and stakeholders to earn and facilitate a steady stream of relevant media coverage, around the year
- Develop communication plans and execute against them
- Build relationships with industry, tech and other influencers to secure meaningful exchange, information flow and thus and frequent positive coverage of growth and impact of inveox
- Promote our mission, vision and values internally and externally
- Develop media relations tactics in key markets and/or key stakeholders and manage our media plan and editorial calendar
- Possess journalist-quality writing skills to create and/or review articles, pitches, presentations, keynotes, news releases, op-eds, fact sheets, talking points, blog posts, social media posts and executive briefing documents
- Comfortable with tight deadlines, often concurrent, for various projects and competing priorities
- Self-starter who approaches everything with drive, ownership and positive, service-oriented mentality
- A keen eye for communication opportunities and engaging narratives — you should be a natural storyteller who sees the bigger picture in every piece of data, product launch, or new development
- Experience and comfort with working with and consulting for executives
- Manage, lead and support our communications team in achieving results within an integrated market communications strategy
