Project Manager (m/f/d) for Product Development

Your tasks
As our Project Manager (m/f/d) Product Development you will be responsible in driving and defining product development throughout the whole product lifecycle of our lab automation platform as well as ensuring product delivery on time by managing various internal and external partners. As part of our Product & Technology team you will work closely with our Engineering, Customer Success as well as Sales department team overseeing the full product development cycle. 
 
  • You will be responsible for the successful initiation, planning, design, execution, monitoring, control and completion of the development of our (new) products 
  • You actively promote the effectiveness, morale, motivation and productivity of the team and give active feedback to the team members 
  • You control projects for the (further) development of our automation solution, which we develop and produce together with our external partners 
  • You plan and manage the development project until the start of serial production in close cooperation with internal development, product management, operations and quality assurance 
  • You specify project goals, procedures and processes and monitor budget 
  • You drive communication with all project stakeholders continuously to ensure that work packages are completed on time, on quality and within budget 
  • You actively participate in partner development, contact building and sustainable development of our project and development management 
Requirements
  • You have a deep understanding of technical and engineering principles gained through an educational degree in this area 
  • You have relevant experience and specialist knowledge in project management in a systems engineering and/or product and supplier development 
  • You are an entrepreneurial-thinking person with an ability to control many stakeholders at the same time 
  • You are clear and open in communication, well-structured and a constructive, solution-oriented team player who knows how to push things forward and successfully mediate between different interests 
  • You are efficient and effective in project time, quality and cost management and have the ability to motivate others to perform 
  • You have excellent written and oral communication skills and you are able to adapt them to the needs of the target group in English and at least conversational German
